Your awareness has changed you. Now your life gets to reflect it.
Calling Ourselves Forward is for people who have already done meaningful inner work and are ready to bring that awareness into the choices, conversations, boundaries, desires, and actions of daily life.
See the detailsYour honest yes, no, and not yet are all welcome.
Seven mornings. One honest edge.
You may already understand the pattern.
You can name where it began, feel it arriving in your body, and explain exactly why it makes sense. And still, in the moment that asks something new of you, the old sentence appears.
I can't.
I should.
I am waiting until I feel more ready.
Self-awareness matters. And there comes a point when understanding yourself is no longer the same as living what you know.
This week is a place to practice the next movement: hearing the language already shaping your experience, meeting what is present without making yourself wrong, choosing words that carry more truth and agency, and giving those words a life through action.
Depth, play, practice, and one small action each day.
For 60 minutes each morning, we gather around one clear area of practice through Language of Empowerment and Conscious Language, guided meditation, embodied practice, teaching, reflection, and integration.
There will be room for laughter, uncertainty, revelation, awkward first attempts, and the relief of hearing yourself choose something more honest. Challenges get to be fun. They also ask us to meet what is real.
Desire
Listen beneath expectation, performance, and inherited ideas of who you should be for what is alive and asking for your participation.
Language
Notice how familiar words hold assumptions, judgments, invisible agreements, and possibilities, then choose language that is specific, believable, and yours.
Embodied integration
Let the words move beyond insight by feeling them, speaking them, making the request, honoring the boundary, or taking the next honest step.
This is not positive language pasted over pain.
Before we change the words, we meet the truth.
We make room for grief, anger, fear, hesitation, longing, and desire without requiring any of them to disappear before we move.
Calling yourself forward does not mean denying what happened, excusing harm, or taking responsibility for another person's choices. It means reclaiming the choices, requests, boundaries, care, and action that are yours now.
You did not have to cause what happened in order to reclaim choice in how you meet yourself today.
What we will explore each day
Every group call will be recorded. If you cannot attend live, you can move through the week with the replays.
8:00 to 9:00 a.m. MT
Day 1 · Honesty
Level-setting with ourselvesSeparate what happened from the meaning you gave it. Notice the difference between a feeling and an identity. Bring one situation into the week and name what is true without making yourself wrong. We begin with radical acceptance and an honest look at what is present now.
8:00 to 9:00 a.m. MT
Day 2 · Remember Your Power
Self-responsibility, capacity, and choiceExplore what is yours to feel, choose, ask for, and follow through on. Hear the pressure inside should and have to. Practice an honest yes, a clear no, or a smaller offer that reflects your actual capacity.
7:00 to 8:00 a.m. MT
Day 3 · Let Desire Speak
From resistance to felt directionNotice how often you speak toward what you do not want. Then listen for what you do desire. Give that desire sensory detail and choose the smallest act that allows you to experience a piece of it now.
8:00 to 9:00 a.m. MT
Day 4 · Choose Your Words
Old agreements, decrees, and congruenceListen beneath a familiar sentence for the belief or agreement it carries. Create language that is present, specific, and believable. Adjust the words until your body can meet them with honesty and possibility.
8:00 to 9:00 a.m. MT
Day 5 · Act With Love
Clear expression in relationshipPractice speaking from your own experience and letting what matters become a clear request. Make room for another person's yes, no, or different offer without abandoning yourself or asking them to abandon themselves.
8:00 to 9:00 a.m. MT
Day 6 · Follow Through
Bringing the formless into formFind the next step that is specific enough to take, honest enough to trust, and alive enough that you desire to meet it. This is where creativity, pleasure, responsibility, and direction begin working together.
8:00 to 9:00 a.m. MT
Day 7 · Call Yourself Forward
Integration, witnessing, and lived commitmentReturn to the situation and sentence you brought on Day 1. Notice what has changed. Name the quality you are ready to cultivate, speak the choice you are carrying forward, and let it be witnessed.
Accountability that feels human.
Connect with an assigned buddy for one focused 15-minute phone call at a time you both agree on, using prompts from Hannah.
This is not a space to fix each other. It is a place to be witnessed, hear yourself more clearly, and stay in relationship with the choice you are practicing.
You have already done the work. You are ready to live more of what you know.
- You have built meaningful self-awareness, and you desire for it to become more tangible in daily life.
- You notice yourself waiting, shrinking, overexplaining, or giving your authority away.
- You want to meet your patterns with honesty and compassion, without making yourself wrong.
- You are ready to reclaim the requests, boundaries, care, and responsibility that are yours.
- You desire a self-led life that still leaves room for relationship, support, and interdependence.
- You want more pleasure, enthusiasm, self-trust, and creative participation in your life.
- You are willing to feel your words, name what you desire, be witnessed, and take one honest action at a time.
Bring the fear. Bring the uncertainty. Bring the sentence you keep repeating and the desire that has not yet found its shape.
You do not need to arrive polished. You get to arrive present.
A practice you can feel, choose, and live.
